I saw this beautiful hard wrap on Pintrest and I placed my order. I checked and checked waiting for it to ship, I was so excited to receive it! It never came. I reached out via email and I haven’t received any response. I guess this was too good to be true or a scam. I’m so bummed.

Your order has been shipped on the 7th of January. You have sent us an email on the the 24th for alerting us of a delay in the delivery and we replied to your email the same day telling you that we had opened a claim to the carrier and specified that, in case the parcel was lost, we would ship a new one or send you a full refund depending on what you wished for :) On the 6th of February with have sent you a second email in which we communicated the answer of the carrier we just had received. they told us that the parcel had been lost and we asked if you wanted a new parcel or a refund.
