Typically, it takes 3-5 business days to receive your order for France and Europe. For the rest of the world, its takes between 6 to 8 days. What is your return policy?

Order without worry. We accept return request within 14 days starting when the order has been delivered. If you change your mind, returned items will be fully refunded.Return shipping is free for European countries (excluding Switzerland, UK for instance) and the USA. For other countries, we cover up to 15€ for returning fees upon presentation of a return shipping invoice.Only one return request per order is accepted. The product(s) must arrive in their original condition. Any damage to the product will result in a reduction in the refund amount, at our discretion.Return requests can be made via the returns portal, accessible by photographing the QR code available on each delivery slip, via the shipping tracking email, via your INDIRA DE PARIS customer account, or by sending us an email to hello@indiradeparis.com.Any customs fees paid at the time of ordering or upon receipt of the order are non-refundable.

Is it easy to put on?

All our products can be put on in less than a minute. On product pages, you will find video tutorials and when you place an order, you receive additional tutorial content in your package.

What is the material of the head accessories?

Patterned products are wether in cotton or in viscose. For plain colours they are mostly in polyester. For detail, please check product pages.

All our head accessories are one size fits all for adults (head circumference between from 52cm to 62cm)

Our turbans can be machine wwashed at 30°C, even those with aluminum wire! For the Jane and Jane Brut patterns, we recomment hand washing for the first time.You can also iron your turbans. Use the synthetic setting for polyester turbans and the cotton setting for the others

Where are the items made

All Indira de Paris items are made in the heart of Paris, in the 2nd arrondissement.

Are Turbans machine washable

Yes! All our turbans (except those made of mulberry silk) are machine washable. You will receive detailed washing instructions with your order.

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

In which countries do you deliver?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and the UK. To inquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long does delivery take?

For standard delivery in France, it takes 2 to 4 business days. For the rest of the world, delivery times vary between 6 and 10 days, with express options available to speed up the process.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. They must be returned in their original condition. Return requests can be made in 3 ways: either from your customer account on our website indiradeparis.com, via the QR code on your delivery note (for European Union countries only), or by email to hello@indiradeparis.com

Once the package is returned to us, we will refund the items returned in their original condition, the full return shipping costs for European Union countries, and up to €15 for the rest of the world. The outbound shipping costs remain due
