Communication is hard

It was not a good experience ordering from here. My order confirmation and all other communication came in a language I didn’t understand. I ordered this as a gift and had it shipped to my sister. I can’t check if it was delivered or when it will be delivered in a language I understand. Additionally, there was no way to include a gift note on the order, so my sister won’t know the gift is from me. Now I have to ask her if she received it and risk ruining the surprise.

Hello, thank you for your message and this instructive feedback. We will take a look into this language issue you mentionned since, normaly, you should have received all communication in English. Something obviously went wrong here and we will investigate :) Then, regarding notes, you do have the possibility to add one. you can do that in the cart drawer section. Not sure if the problem was with the label address or royal mail, item was out for delivery then told address didn't exist. Disappointed as looked a lovely present for the wife, waiting to see if I get a refund.
