SHIPPING METHOD AND DEADLINES

Unless expressly requested by the Customer, shipping is carried out by “Colissimo”.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are at the customer charge. Over 150€, shipping costs are offered by INDIRA DE PARIS.

Shipping costs for mainland France are from 5€. For Europe they ARE AT 9,50€ and 20€ for the rest of the world.

RETURNS

Shipping costs for an exchange request or a refund request are free, within the limit of one request per order for France. The return request is made in the my account section, then after validation by customer service, the customer receives a return label for reshipment.

For international, INDIRA DE PARIS will bear the shipping costs up to a limit of 15€ and only on presentation of an invoice. International shipping costs are valid for one return per order.
