GENERAL TERMS OF SALE

The present General terms of sale and of Use (below indicated the “CG”) govern the entire activities of remote sale retail of Indira de Paris, begun exploited by Mrs Katia Da Veiga and M. Bruno Raymond registered in Paris (France) under the number: 830 140 349 00010, whose head office is situated in 40, rue Davy – 75017 Paris ( France), represented by M. Bruno Raymond in its director’s quality (below indicated “Indira de Paris”).

The CG governs any report between Indira de Paris and:

Each of his prospects or consumer customers using the Site defined below (below indicated the “Customer”), in particular on the occasion of any remote sale of any product Indira de Paris (below indicated the “Product”), every user of the site whose “site send url is www.headbands-cup.com (indicated “the website”), in this included every Internet user reaching the Site in some title or for any reason whatsoever (below indicated the “User”).
The CG being susceptible of modification at any time, without advance notice, the Customer is invited to read them attentively before every order and the User to each of his visits.

1. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW

The right to withdraw of 14 days is not valid for the appropriate delivery in hands, but only in case of remote sale.

The Customer can exercise his right to withdraw, without motive, within 14 ( fourteen) working days as from the reception of the Product by returning it to his original packing. Valid only if the product was not carried. The date of reception is the one indicated by the site of follow-up of parcel of The Post office.

The cooling-off period runs as from the day of the reception of the Product and up to the dispatch date indicated on the parcel of return.

The Customer has to return the Product to Indira de Paris:

By the carrier of his choice, being specified that it supports the expenses of forwarding;
Within 14 ( fourteen) working days, the stamp of (post office or the being valid carrier;

The right to withdraw, if it is validly exercised, allows the Customer to obtain the repayment of its order for a maximum extension of thirty days. “Its order” consists of ordered products and excludes shipment costs.

In case of partial return of a order or a deterioration of any returned Product, Indira de Paris pays off the Customer to the relevant amount the value of one or several returned Products.

 

2. FOLLOW-UP OF THE EXECUTION OF THE ORDER

The Customer can follow the execution of his order without other cost than the normal cost of communication, by e-mail sent in hello@indiradeparis.com or by mail sent to

3. AFTER-SALES SERVICE

Indira de Paris makes a commitment to answer as quickly as possible, and at the latest in 2 working days, to any order or complaint which reaches her.

The after-sales service answers the calls and the mails in English or in French. The Customer is asked to use one of these languagesin any communication.

4. PRICE RATES, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

All prices indicated in the website are all taxes included.
At the request of the customer, an invoice can be sent to the Customer with the Product.

4.1 PRICE

The prices indicated on the Site are expressed in euros or pound or dollars.

4.2 SHIPMENT CHARGES

Except express request of the Customer, the shipping is realized by ” Lettre suivie ” or “Colissimo ” services of the french post office.
Shipment costs are at the expense of the Customer. For orders of 150€ and more, shipment costs are at the expense of Indira de Paris for shipment in France.

In case the buyer wants to make a return for a product exchange or refund, shipment are fully at the expense of Indira de Paris for France and are at Indira de Paris’s expense in the following limits for international:

– Indira de Paris will take at its expense shipment costs below 15€ and only for orders that have been received by mail. All additionnal costs (above 15€) are at the buyers expense and the buyer will send a shipment cost invoice as proof. Shipment costs will not be carried by Indira de Paris if no invoice is issued by the buyer.
– maximum one demand of return by order (for International and France).

4.3 DELIVERY DEADLINES

Indira de Paris uses the services of shipping ” Lettre suivie ” or Colissimo of The Post office


For informational purposes, the average deadline of delivery varies normally from 2 to 10 working days according to the destination of Products.

Except particular mention before the conclusion of the contract, Indira de Paris makes a commitment to deliver every Product commanded(ordered) on the Site for a maximum deadline)f 10 ( ten) working days.

Except case of absolute necessity, if the delivery does not intervene for this deadline, the Customer can request the cancellation of the sale according to articles L. 121-20-3 and L. 114-1 paragraphs 2 and 3 of the Code of the consumption.

5. THE LEGAL GUARANTEE

The customer benefits, in France, from the legal guarantee according to articles 1641 in 1649 of the Civil code and L. 211-4 and following ones of the Code of the consumption.

As such, in case of defect of the product, the customer can ask to have the product repaired and the sent back at the following address:

6. PRODUCT WARRANTY

All Indira de Paris’ products are guaranteed for a period of 1 year. If a defect in the manufacturing of the product shall be spotted during this period, Indira de Paris will repair the product and will take at its expense shipping costs that may occur (for France). For international, Indira de Paris will cover shipment costs in the limit of 15€ TTC
